The concept of Collective Genius is evident in classrooms at Greystanes Public School. Student collaboration allows all teachers and students to learn with, and learn from, each other.
In 5/6JB, the Stage 3 double classroom, students are challenged daily with blackboard tasks in number and word usage. Their ideas are displayed for all students and this allows them to be inspired by each other, learn from each other, piggy back on each other's ideas and research ideas from others. Students are often seen collaborating, discussing and challenging each other's ideas.
