About our school

Greystanes Public School is a welcoming, caring school providing quality education for all our students. We deliver innovative, challenging, educational programs and a variety of extra-curricular activities catering to students’ individual interests. Our campus is located within attractive and spacious grounds. 

Our highly-qualified, experienced staff delivers innovative, quality, educational learning programs that cater to student's individual needs. We achieve outstanding results in state-wide tests and university competitions. Staff and students are also supported by our experienced and dedicated administrative staff and a team of specialist teachers, including gifted and talented, reading recovery, learning support and English as a second language. 

We are supported by an active school community and dedicated parents and citizens' association (P&C). The input from these groups directly benefits students, through improved facilities and contemporary resources, as well as strong home/school links.

  • a range of creative and performing arts groups; 
  • representative sports groups, coached by experienced staff; 
  • modern networked computer lab with interactive whiteboard;

  • two multipurpose sports courts.
